MCA completed more than 500 projects in a wide range of sectors like empowerment for women, medical care, education with scholarships and social services since 1998.MCA collaborates with many local, regional, national and international partners to deliver its aims and objectives.

MCA is increasingly becoming a driving force for social change in the area.Our vision is to provide a happy, caring and stimulating environment where people will recognise and achieve their fullest potential, so that they can make their best contribution to society.
